What is your cancellation and return policy?
You may return products to us for any reason within 15 days of receipt. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received for full refund to be given. Please include your receipt, reasons for return, or request for credit (within India)
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, but each shipping location requires a separate address which you can send us at info@bookbazaarindia.com
What are the benefits of registering for an account?
You can view your order history and we'll remember your contact details, which makes check out quick and easy. We will also keep you up-to-date on our latest releases, and special offers. Simply enter your email and a password to set up your account, and you'll have the option to create a billing address and to save the delivery addresses.
What if I forget my password?
Please fill out your email address in the form provided and we will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I change my account information (ie login information, etc)?
If you are a registered user, you can sign into your account at any time by clicking on the link at the top of the page. You will also have the option to log in at checkout. Once logged into your account, you can edit your account details, Log in now
Will my email ever be shared with other companies?

Can I track my order?
We do not have online tracking system, but we plan to introduce that soon. Meanwhile we will send you details on the shipment once the stock leave our warehouse.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order and payment. A shipping confirmation email /order no will be given to you at the time of purchase or we will inform you via mail.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes,(only within-India). With All purchases you have to mention at the time of payment(via mail in "contact us" option that you need gift wrap) only on request.
Is it safe to give you my credit card information over the internet?
Yes, we have a secure server for your credit card payments. We do not keep credit cards on file so they cannot be accessed after your transaction is complete.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major international credit cards, Debit Cards, our payment gateway is through Pay pal and CC Avenue. We also accept cheques (payable at Delhi) and demand drafts.
How do I place an order?
